In the middle game of a three-game set with the Binghamton Mets at Waterfront Park, the Thunder will look to grab their first home victory in five tries in the month of August. Usually solid at Waterfront Park, the Thunder have only won one series in Trenton since the beginning of July and need to win the final two games of this series with Binghamton to avoid another series defeat. This three-game series marks the last meeting between the Thunder and the Binghamton Mets in the 2011 season. After this brief three-game set, the Thunder head to Harrisburg and Erie for a seven-game road trip.
