LHP Shaeffer Hall makes his sixteenth start of the season tonight in game one with the Phillies. The lefty received a no decision on Saturday night in Reading, surrendering three runs on seven hits in five frames. Hall is 1-1 with a 5.14 ERA in four starts against the R-Phils this season, including a May 11 loss at Waterfront Park.
RHP J.C. Ramirez will make his seventeenth start of the season for Reading tonight. Ramirez took the loss on May 10 at Waterfront Park in his only start against the Thunder this season (4R, 7H, 3.0 IP). On Thursday in Bowie, the Nicaraguan righty hurled eight innings without allowing an earned run but received a loss.
