Thunder Use Clutch Hits to Edge New Hampshire

(Trenton, NJ) – Three clutch hits by the Trenton Thunder (45-32) offense provided plenty in a 3-1 victory over the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (46-29) Tuesday night at Waterfront Park. Another solid outing by Manny Banuelos paced the Thunder early, and Trenton’s bullpen shut the door in the final four frames. Corban Joseph had a three-hit night, driving in a run for Trenton, who have won five straight over New Hampshire and five of six games overall.
