Sea Dogs Deal Thunder Another Big Loss

(Portland, ME) – The Trenton Thunder (40-30) were blitzed for the second straight night by the Portland Sea Dogs (25-43), falling 11-4 in front of 5,107 fans at Hadlock Field in Portland, Maine. In game two of the three-game set, Jose Gil drove in a pair of runs for the second straight night and Corban Joseph added three hits to stay locked-in at the plate. Trenton has now lost four of the first five games on the nine-game trip, the season’s longest road swing.
