Thunder Lose Another Nail-Biter in Reading

(Reading, PA) – The Trenton Thunder (35-23) fell victim to the Reading Phillies (31-26) again on Tuesday night, falling 4-2 at FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading, Pennsylvania. Derrick Mitchell, whose walk-off single won Monday’s game, hit a two-run homerun in the ninth to give the R-Phils the win. Cody Johnson hit his eleventh homerun in the loss for the Thunder, who have now lost back-to-back games for the first time since late April.
