Winning Streak Halted in Twin Bill Split

Thunder pitching coach Tommy Phelps joins Hank Fuerst on the SBLI Pre-Game Show

(Portland, ME) – The Trenton Thunder (29-19) split a double header with the Portland Sea Dogs (14-32) on Saturday, winning game one 8-7 and losing game two 7-5. The Thunder came from behind to win in the afternoon, scoring eight unanswered runs to extend their winning streak to nine games. However, the streak would be halted in the evening as the Sea Dogs prevented another Trenton comeback, holding on for the win.
