Seven-Run Seventh Plenty in 7-4 Thunder Win

(Trenton, NJ) – The Trenton Thunder (18-16) used a seven-run seventh inning to come from behind to beat the Binghamton Mets (12-19) 7-4 Thursday night at Waterfront Park. Addison Maruszak, Austin Krum and Austin Romine each had two-run singles in the decisive frame to lead the Thunder to their 13th win in 18 tries at home this season. Thunder reliever Josh Schmidt threw two and two-thirds scoreless innings to notch his first win for the Thunder in 2011.
